Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a government-owned telco, has made changes to some of its prepaid plans. Any proposals’ relevance has been expanded, and others have been rationalised. It’s just put out a new prepaid card and yanked some coupons. Current users with these contracts or STVs will be able to use them before their validity expires. They will not be able to use the same package voucher or STV again, so they will be able to use all of the current recharge deals to satisfy their needs.
The Rs 47 first recharge coupon, Rs 109 plan voucher, and separate tariff coupons valued at Rs 998 and Rs 1098 have all been removed by BSNL. Kerala Telecom was the first to recognise the move. BSNL is also planning to launch a prepaid package for Rs 197 from tomorrow, April 3, 2021.
BSNL Rs 197 prepaid plan:
BSNL’s Rs 197 prepaid package includes 2GB of bandwidth a day and uninterrupted calls for 18 days, after which the unlimited data speed drops to 80 Kbps. It also provides 18 days of access to the Zing Music store. The account, on the other hand, has a 180-day validity period, making it perfect for people who choose to keep their plan working.
BSNL introduces Rs 249 and Rs 298 prepaid plans:
Users of the BSNL Rs 249 FRC have unrestricted voice calls to any network with no FUP restrictions. It also offers unrestricted data up to 1GB a day before slowing down to 40 Kbps. It also provides 100 free SMS per day. For a maximum of 60 days, these plans’ freebies are available. The Rs 298 prepaid plan provides the same perks, but it also requires an Eros Now subscription and has a 56-day validity period.
BSNL Rs 365 prepaid plan tariff hiked:
The tariff for BSNL’s Rs 365 prepaid plan has also been increased by Rs 32. The annual prepaid plan will now cost Rs 397, with no changes to the other benefits. It provides consumers with 60 days of uninterrupted phone calls and 2GB of daily data. The plan has a 365-day validity period. Users who choose the Rs 365 package for the first time can also get a special Personalised Ring Back Tone (PRBT) and 100 free SMS per day.
Users should be aware that they will have high speed before they have used 2GB of data a day, after which the speed will be limited to 80 Kbps. Despite the fact that the PV has a 365-day validity, consumers will get 60 days of free voice and data with PRBT.
They will get unrestricted storage and calling opportunities after 60 days by recharging vouchers. 80 Kbps internet after regular data usage, 100 free SMS, Lokdhun material, and PRBT are among the freebies. The PV and STV are both relevant to the Mumbai and Delhi MTNL circles.
