There are rumours circulating in the market that the Micromax In 2C would be released on July 15, however this is not true.
“Micromax In 2C will not be introduced in July since it is still in the planning stage,” sources told The Mobile Indian. Rather, the Micromax In 2B might be released before the end of the month.”
The rumour appears to be based on Micromax In 2C’s recent inclusion on the Geekbench benchmarking site. Micromax In 2B was previously discovered in the same database.
Micromax In 2B Specification
Micromax In 2B will be powered by an octa-core 1.8GHz Unisoc T610 processor, according to Geekbench. The Mali G52 MP2 GPU is combined with six 1.80 GHz Arm Cortex-A55 processing cores and two 1.80 GHz Arm Cortex-A75 processing cores in this chipset. The Micromax In 2B earned 350 and 1204 points in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
Currently, only 4GB of RAM is guaranteed, but Micromax may release it in other configurations as well. It will come pre-installed with Android 11.
The Micromax In 2B will be the successor of the Micromax In 1B, which was released last year and was powered by an octa-core MediaTek G35 processor. As a result, when compared to its predecessor, the Unisoc on the IN 2B will represent a downgrade.
Micromax in 1b has a 6.52-inch HD+ display and is powered by MediaTek Helio G35. There are two models available: 2GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB. A fingerprint sensor is located on the rear, and the phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging and reverse charging.

In Geekbench 5.4.1, the Micromax IN 2C received 347 points in the single-core test and 1,127 points in the multi-core test.
