Review: Samsung Galaxy M30s

The new Galaxy M30 in India has been recently launched by Samsung. Rs 13,999 for 4GBRAM or 64 GB internal storage costs the smartphone, whereas Rs 16,999 for 6 GB RAM for 128 GB of storage feature.

Samsung is thus actively seeking to recover its market share. The refreshed Galaxy M30 version has plenty to offer: be it the 48MP rear camera or the 6000mAh massive battery. But the market just gets harder with Realme and Xiaomi, which release devices with a sleek model, strong hardware and competitive cost. Then, can it be overloaded? Let’s figure out that. Let’s find out.

What we like about Samsung Galaxy M30s!

In the beginning, Samsung is known for providing fantastic displays and the Galaxy M30s says very brightly about the story. A Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with a 6.4 inch screen size of 2340x 1080 pixels is eligible for charging. The screen provides good color replication and good viewing angles. The colors are default to quiet, but the display settings allow you to switch to Vivid mode to make them look more punchy and vibrant. The large display is a fun viewing tool. We have watched a number of Galaxy M30s series and have been pleased with the performance. The mobile has coverage for Widevine L1, so that Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos will download HD video.

A battery is another component of the Galaxy M30s. A large battery of 6.000mAh is fitted and 15W fast charge support is offered with this device. Today, the mobile is the only one with such high capacity in this price segment. The mobile lasts 2 days with an average screen time of 8 to 9 hours comfortably during our testing period. We still get about a day and a half battery backup when we stressed the battery performance with playing games, streaming videos, using social media apps and navigation. The 15W quick-charge was useful in 1 hour and 30 minutes to charge the phone.Related image

The newest Exynos 9611 cpu and Mali G72 MP3 GPU power up the Samsung Galaxy M30s and almost the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor provides a comparable performance in the newest chipset of Samsung. We didn’t notice any lag during our use and multiple tasks were smooth too. The mobile handles most casual titles comfortably and high-end games like PUBG Mobile works fine, although the frame fall is low.

The Samsung Galaxy M30 cameras have been upgraded by Samsung. The phone comes with three rear cameras, the primary lens is 48 megapixels and the aperture is F/2.0, the wide-angle lens is 8 megapixels and the FOV is 123 degree. The detector depths are 5 megapixels. It has a 16-megapixel selfie shooter on the front of it. The phone’s daylight performance is good, with colors near the source and macro shots are also good. The broad corner occupies a wider range.

What we don’t like about Samsung Galaxy M30s!

Now let’s continue with the Samsung Galaxy M30s, which we do not like. While the business has a decent model, it seems like an understate as opposed with Xiaomi Mi A3 and Realme XT. The two devices have glass and Galaxy M30 are still fitted with a plastic back panel.

Low light output is another place where the mobile is lacking. The typical natural photography was taken in low light conditions. The wide-angle pictures are dark and full of noises and cereals. The edge detection could also have been slightly improved in Live Focus mode.

Even if Samsung Galaxy M30s has a sophisticated UI, it has impressive bloatware load. We have a variety of software and applications from businesses. You may delete apps from third parties, but no alternative exists for removing apps from business. In fact, My Galaxy spams us with many alerts that ruin the whole atmosphere. In addition, Bixby Routines and Samsung Pay are the user interface kisses on important features.
