In the United States, the Garmin Venu 2 and Garmin Venu 2S smartwatches have been released. Premium health monitoring features such as Fitness Age, Body Battery, tension tracking, and sleep scores are included in these new wearables. It also has a Health Snapshot feature that takes a survey of the body’s vital functions, as well as advice about how to maximise Fitness Age. The new Garmin offerings include 25 sport-specific exercise styles such as HIIT (high intensity interval training) and adaptive strength-training mode.
